Terms & Conditions

By taking part in this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then, you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, SPODIS SA (registered company number 351164488) t/a JD Sports ("JD Sports"), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD Sports is the promoter of this prize draw.

This prize draw is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

1. What can you win?

There will be a maximum of three (3) winners who will each win the following:

• Two (2) pairs of trainers of their choosing;

• One (1) top of their choosing; and

• One (1) pair of bottoms of their choosing.

The winners can select their Prize from on the JD Sports France website (https://www.jdsports.fr/).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, resale, exchange, donation nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has bee

n able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

JD Sports will arrange for delivery to one address within France, otherwise, it is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over; and

• a resident of France.

JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (www.jdplc.com/our-group), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the prize draw by completing all the following steps below:

• following @jdsportsfrance on Instagram

• liking the prize draw Instagram post (“the Post”);

• tagging three (3) users in the comments of the Post; and

• sharing the Post on their Instagram story.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Closing Times

The prize draw will commence on 24 December 2024 at 6:00pm (French time) and will end on 1 January 2025 at 12:00pm (midday) (French time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How are the winners selected?

The winners will be selected within three (3) days of the closing date. JD Sports will select the winners by entering the valid entrants into computer software that will select the winners at random. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and will be asked to provide their full name as shown on ID as well as their email address as this is where the Prize will be sent. In the event that a winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within five calendar days JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

7. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (iv) adhere to local laws in France; and (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

9. Publicity

By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sport’s request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
